Booking Adjustment & Cancelation

To cancel your booking please contact our Customer Care team by email or phone number. If you have booked your tour through a third party, please contact them directly to cancel or rebook your tour.

Cancelation more than 72 hours before scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer 100% refund to our customers. For tour cancelation less than 72 hours before scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer 50% refund. Cancelation made less than 48 hours before scheduled departure time, we are unable to offer refund. Instead we suggest that customers reschedule their tour for another time that would best suite them.

To make adjustment to your booking, please contact our Customer Care team by email or phone. If you book your tour with a third party, please contact them directly to make adjustment to your booking.

Adjustment to a booking made less than 48 hours before scheduled departure time will be subject to rebooking fees to cover the cost of ticket purchased, guide reschedule, administration, transportation. Changes made to booking within more than 72 hour notice, a rebooking fee will not be applied.

Unable to book online as there is no longer availability?
Check availability online by selecting a tour with date and time. If there is no availability for the particular tour you are interested, please check back later online.

We are happy to accommodate any last-minute booking. You can check our website for availability, or contact our Customer Care team directly by email or phone number. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, the tour may be fully booked. Perhaps our team can recommend something else, or offer you another alternative.

Tour Confirmation & Voucher

If you haven’t received an email with confirmation voucher, please contact our Customer Care team: themegateam@gmail.com

Your confirmation voucher will be send to your email within minutes right after you have finished your booking and payment.

Please do so, you can present this to your guide on the day of your tour either on a mobile device or tablet, or print it out.

Payment

Online bookings can be prepaid via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Phone and email booking can be paid via MasterCard or Visa. We are unable to process cash payments in destination due to local laws and regulations.

Our website is completely secure. Your credit card details are not saved on our systems.

Yes, we do offer reduced rates for children on most of our tours. When making booking please note that the rate per child is displayed under the adult rate.

General Tour Questions

Our guide will be waiting at your hotel lobby holding a sign with our yellow company logo for easy recognition.

Please wait at hotel lobby 15 minutes before schedule time.

Customer who missed their tour will be subjected to no show and there will be no refund. It is the responsibility of all customers to be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before schedule time.

It is necessary for men and women to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting temples.
